the beginning

Well, hello! Never did I think I would start up a blog, let alone become a renovator/DIYer. But here I am. Learning new things all the time. Of those two things, blogging is definitely harder! I am going to try my best though! I love to share our projects and if you are able to come up with your own ideas from my sharing, I will have succeeded in this journey!

We are trying to make things affordable for our family, and hopefully yours.

Through this blog I will be sharing all of our projects with you. Lots of people have been interested as to what's going on in this old B & B. It seems that everyone around this area and more have seen the inside of this house. I feel especially grateful that you all have memories that you can share with us. Now we have something special to give back. All we want is to keep the integrity of this house and fix it's bones, with some modern remodels.

In the future I am looking forward to your ideas and comments on projects we are going to be working on. Feel free to share your love, opinions, objections ... all is good! Minus hateful commentary of course. The more ideas the better!
